Kid's Basketball
AGES AND COST?
Upward basketball is for boys and girls from ages 5-11. The games and practices will be held at Glenville Church located at 4604 S. Seneca in Wichita, Kansas. Registration for Basketball 2025 is now available online. This year we will have 8 games, and the cost will only be $25 per player.
KEY DATES:
Coaches meeting on Tuesday, December 2nd at 6:30pm
Parents meeting on Thursday, December 4th at 6:30pm
Practice starts for two weeks on Monday, December 8th
No practices December 22-January 4th
Practice starts again Monday, January 5th
First game on Saturday, January 10th
Last game on Saturday, February 28th
Basketball Volunteer
Upward Basketball is back at Glenville Church. It will include boys and girls PreK-6th grade. It takes a lot of adults to help make the games successful for our kids. We are in need of volunteers to coach the teams and referees to call the games. Be a part of our adult team of coaches and referees who will be investing in the lives of our children. Welcome to Upward sports at Glenville Church! We are very excited to get our season started. Upward soccer is for boys and girls in K5 – 5th grade. On-site sign up at Glenville Church will be on Wednesday nights, February 18 and 25, from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Our parents meeting will be on March 10, 2026. Our first practice date will be March 23rd. Our season will end on May 9th. We look forward to this season and what God has in store for us this season.
